How far in advance should I book?
Ideally as early as possible for peace of mind and to secure your slot. We also accept last-minute bookings, subject to availability.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time and adjust the pick-up time automatically, at no extra charge. A 30-minute wait is complimentary on arrival.
Is the fare fixed or metered?
We give you a clear estimate before departure. The fare is calculated by distance and time (day/night). No nasty surprises.
How much luggage can I bring?
Our vehicles offer a large loading capacity. 3 bags included per passenger. For a group or bulky luggage, we provide an 8-seater van. Luggage assistance is complimentary. Beyond the included quota: 2 € per additional bag.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes, card payment accepted on board, as well as cash.
